“Before you are a leader, success is all about growing yourself. When you become a leader, success is all about growing others.” Jack Welch
The Mentoring program is a unique platform for cultivating both mentors and mentees, in a structured and empowering process that reflects their joint responsibility for development.
The mentors and mentees are matched across functional boundaries, creating a network of influence.
By establishing a reciprocal, trusting and informal relationship, the mentoring process is designed to empower and develop while enabling both mentors and mentees to find new meaning in their roles and responsibilities. The mentor also creates a safe space and supports the mentee in exploring, defining and achieving developmental goals in different life spheres.
To effectively accompany and guide the mentees in their developmental journey, the mentors will explore and acquire advanced developmental tools and will consult with peer mentors and professional facilitators.
